SecaTeq Hygiene

Cleaning and hygiene, logged and photo checked.

SecaTeq Hygiene teams work to a set schedule for every area of your building. Each clean is logged and checked, and the record is there for anyone who asks.

The problem with “it was cleaned”

A cleaning roster on a wall tells you what should have happened. It does not tell you what did. Complaints arrive with no date to check against. Trustees hear about it from residents first.

What SecaTeq Hygiene does.

  • Scheduled cleaning per area

Each area has its own schedule: lobbies, stairwells, lifts, bathrooms, bin rooms, parking and offices. The team knows what is due, where and when.

  • Every clean logged and photo checked

When a clean is done, it is logged against the area with a photo. Supervisors check the work and log their checks.

  • A QR board for residents

Residents and visitors scan a blue SecaTeq Hygiene board to report a problem, with photos or a voice note. They can rate the service and find the emergency numbers there too. No app to install.

  • Problems become tasks

A blocked drain found during a clean is logged. Drains and plumbing go to SecaTeq FM as a work order on the same record.

How a clean is recorded

  1. Area scheduled. We agree the areas, frequencies and standards with you.

  2. Clean done. The team works to the schedule.

  3. Logged and photo checked. The clean is logged against the area with a photo.

  4. Checked by a supervisor. Supervisor checks are logged too.

  5. Open to residents. Anyone in the building can scan a SecaTeq Hygiene board to report a problem.

Hygiene FAQs

What cleaning services does SecaTeq offer for body corporates?

SecaTeq Hygiene cleans common areas for body corporates and estates in Cape Town: lobbies, stairwells, lifts, bathrooms, gyms, bin rooms and parking. Each area has a schedule, and every clean is logged and photo checked. Request a quote at scan.secateq.com.

How do we know the cleaning was actually done?

Every clean is logged against the area with a photo, and supervisor checks are logged too. If a resident complains, you can check the record for that area and date instead of relying on memory.

Do you clean offices and commercial buildings?

Yes. SecaTeq Hygiene works in commercial buildings as well as residential estates and body corporates. We schedule cleaning around how the building is used and log each clean against the area.

Can residents report a cleaning problem?

Yes. Residents scan a blue SecaTeq Hygiene board to report a problem, with photos or a voice note, without installing an app. The same page lets them rate the service and find the emergency numbers.
